Kimberly Blog: Beautiful Movements
Serpent of Evil.
The serpent of evil is insecurity. The result will be constant defeat and frustration until you come to peace with your strengths and weaknesses. We are the creators of our own worlds and everything is possible if you choose to believe so. By fighting negative thought patterns and pushing forward through hesitation and doubt, triumphs will erupt and constant practice will lead to success. Balancing struggles with praise and satisfaction for overcoming them will uncover a new character within.
Stripping away the layers of practiced fears leading up to the moment of despair takes work. Dedicate time to being fully aware of how outside forces affect your positive space. Acknowledge your breath, your heartbeat, and all other body signs as anxiety crumbles your world. Be confident in your inner battle and follow your path to enlightenment. Fight the insomnias of the world around you for new perceptions in thought.
Stop obsessing over what you want to do with your life and start doing it. Often we size up to life with thoughts of how hard it can be to succeed. We observe the people around us living their dreams and in return feel inadequate. The only difference between them and you is the moment in life when they stopped listening to the negative thoughts and started acting on their dreams. Work at being an entrepreneur in your craft. Take time everyday to find ways to take action in achieving your dreams. The everyday practice will lead to opportunity.
Know your truth, work at living from love and compassion and allow the universe around you to morph into a positive space. The ugly shadows lurking in the corners of your mind will subside, your new energy will encompass your spirit and the simplicity of enlightenment will shine through you. When applying the knowledge of enlightenment to your life remember that happiness is a journey. Embrace your times of doubt and turn your thoughts around. Strive for balance between positive and negative and always keep your eye on the goal.

Kimberly 'jumped' at dance contest
Kimberly 'jumped' at dance contest.
Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt has spoken out about why it's so important for her to get involved in dance events.
The blonde dancer, who's one of the judges at the World Street Dance Championships in Blackpool, said: "A friend of mine, involved in the organisation, thought it would be a great mesh up for me to be involved - they asked if I would be interested and I jumped at the idea.
"I think it's incredibly important to be a part of anything that has to do with bringing dancers to the forefront of the industry and letting their voices be heard."
She added: "I wish reality TV could show a little more of the struggles that it takes to become the dancer we see on television shows."
The 27-year-old, who started dancing at the age of seven, continued: "By being a part of it, I'm able to give constructive criticism as well as speak for my passion and help give them the tools they need to do everything they want in life as a dancer and as a human being."
And Kimberly has high hopes for the resurgence of dance in popular culture.
"I see dance making a movement. I think it's finally coming to the forefront of the industry. It's time, dance has been at the bottom of the totem pole for much too long."
