Certainly enough to draw 9500 Brisbanites on a rainy Tuesday night. The cat ears in the audience said it was the dolls night (May 19th 2009).
But given a longer set, their former songwriter Lady Gaga could easily upstaged them.
"I see a couple of pussies over here," the 23-year-old said while belting out her number one hit Just Dance "But that could have been just the kids who weren't dancing."
Plenty of performers with less musical ability pull off the same effect with all the costume changes, video montages and backup dancers.
But Lady Gaga was most compelling sitting alone, (save a crash test dummy beside her) at a pink piano banging out a stripped out version of Poker Face.
The singer was impressed the crowd knew every word.
"You don't even need me, I am just a blonde bitch in a bunch of bubbles but I'm OK with that. Shall we have a little Brisbane singalong?"
Renowned for her wacky costumes courtesy of The Haus of Gaga, the Versace acolyte began with a striking one-piece featuring a large isosceles triangle and clasping a yellow sceptre. She sported a short white wig throughout which made her resemble uncannily Kylie Minogue.
The Dolls, created by a choreographer, did what they do best - dance while Scherzinger did most of the real singing. Their 16-song set was studded with pop hits such as the hip hop-infused Buttons, current chart smash hit Jai Ho and breakthrough hit Don't Cha.
